How do I place an order?
You can place orders online 24/7, 7 days a week. If you are looking for something bespoke email us and we’ll get back to you ASAP!
Do we have a store?
No, we are an online business only.
Do you ship internationally?
We unfortunately only ship to the U.K at this moment in time.
What is your delivery lead time?
We aim to deliver items within 3-5 working days from the date of your order for in-stock items. On the odd occasion your order is delayed for any reason we will contact you within 24 hours of you placing an order.
What is your returns policy?
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please find our returns policy here.
Are the feathers in the cushions inners obtained in a humane way?
Yes, all our feathers within our cushions inners are obtained in a humane way.
When sourcing our cushion inners it was very important to us to work with suppliers who do not partake in live-plucking, animal mistreatment or intensive rearing.
All our duck feather cushion pads are a by-product of the food industry. We can also offer synthetic cushion inners upon request.
How to order bespoke?

What is your lead time for bespoke orders?
It completely depends on a number of factors; fabric being in stock, bespoke inners being made to fit the cushion, time of year. On average the turnaround time is 4 weeks.
Do you offer trade?
While we don’t offer trade, our team is always happy to chat about potential projects with interior designers.
Can you send out samples?
