We want to ensure that your order arrives as quickly and efficiently as possible, so we aim for delivery within 2-3 working days from the date of placing it. Sometimes things happen which cause delays in shipping and will notify you with 24 hours notice if this is an issue!

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If there is a problem, don’t hesitate in contacting us within 14 days and we’ll exchange or refund for you. It’s important that any unwanted items are returned properly- undamaged & unused also including tags/packaging etc.

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised and bespoke items, unless faulty or not as described.
